I didn't receive my ticket email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log in to Passly Hai and go to My Tickets to download your ticket directly. You can also use Find My Booking with your email address.
How do I get a refund for my booking?
Email us at support@Passly Hai.in with your Booking ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days for eligible bookings. See our Refund Policy for details.
My payment was deducted but booking shows pending. Help?
This usually resolves automatically within 30 minutes. If your booking still shows "pending" after that, contact us at support@Passly Hai.in with your payment reference number and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers depend on the event Organiser's policy. Contact us with your booking ID and we'll check if a transfer is possible for your specific event.
How do I become an event organiser on Passly Hai?
Send us an email at support@Passly Hai.in with "Become an Organiser" in the subject line. Include details about your organisation and the type of events you plan to host.
