Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Platform means the Passly Hai website and mobile application.
• Organiser means an individual or entity that creates and manages events on our Platform.
• Attendee / User means any person who browses, registers, or purchases tickets on the Platform.
• Booking means a confirmed reservation of one or more tickets for an Event.
• Ticket means a digital document granting the holder admission to a specific event.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Ticket Purchase & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Pending bookings do not guarantee seat reservation.
• A convenience fee / platform fee may be applicable at checkout.
• Duplicate purchases are not eligible for automatic refunds.

4. Ticket Use & Transfer

• Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Duplicate/copied tickets will be rejected at the venue.
• Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• The QR code on your ticket is unique. Do not share it publicly before the event.
• Passly Hai and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is found to be fraudulent.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Organisers may modify event details (date, time, venue) at any time. Registered attendees will be notified via email.
• If an event is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Passly Hai is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

6. Attendee Cancellations & Refunds

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Automate ticket purchases (bot activity) in violation of fair-use policies.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or Organisers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of CodeAj Marketplace or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Passly Hai acts as an intermediary marketplace between Attendees and Organisers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to first contact us at legal@Passly Hai.in to resolve disputes amicably.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.
