Passly Hai is a 100% digital ticketing platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All tickets are delivered electronically. This policy explains how and when you will receive your tickets after a successful booking.
How Ticket Delivery Works

Complete Payment
After selecting your tickets and entering attendee details, complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet).

Instant Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, your booking is confirmed immediately and a unique QR code ticket is generated.

Email Delivery
Your ticket (with QR code) is emailed to the address you provided at booking. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it within 15 minutes.

WhatsApp Notification (if enabled)
Depending on the event, a booking confirmation may also be sent to your WhatsApp number.

Download Anytime
Log in to your account and visit My Tickets to download or view your ticket at any time, even without the email.
Delivery Channels
- Email — Ticket with QR code sent to your registered email address.
- Account Dashboard — Always accessible at My Tickets after login.
- Booking Confirmation Page — Available immediately after payment.
- WhatsApp — Optional notification to your phone number (event-specific).
Delivery Timeframes
- Email confirmation: Within 5–15 minutes of successful payment.
- Account access: Immediate — available as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Delayed emails: If you don't receive your email within 30 minutes, please check spam and contact us.
Ticket Access at Event
- Present your QR code (on phone or printed) at the event entry gate.
- Event staff will scan your QR code using Passly Hai's verification system.
- Each QR code is valid for single-use entry only.
- Ensure your phone screen brightness is adequate for scanning.
Lost or Missing Tickets
If you cannot find your ticket:
- Log in to your Passly Hai account and visit My Tickets to download it again.
- Use Find My Booking with your booking ID or email — no login required.
- Contact us at support@Passly Hai.in with your booking ID and registered email.
No Physical Shipping
Passly Hai does not ship any physical products. If you are expecting a physical ticket, wristband, or merchandise, please contact the event Organiser directly. Passly Hai only handles digital ticket delivery.
