This policy governs cancellations and refunds for ticket purchases made on Passly Hai. Please read this carefully before completing your purchase, as different events may have different refund terms set by their Organisers.
1. Cancellations by Attendees
- More than 48 hours before the event: Eligible for a full refund (minus convenience fee, if applicable).
- 24–48 hours before the event: Eligible for up to 50% refund at the Organiser's discretion.
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund unless the event is cancelled by the Organiser.
- No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable if you do not attend without prior cancellation.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@Passly Hai.in with your Booking ID.
2. Event Cancellations by Organiser
- If an event is cancelled by the Organiser, all attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
- Refunds for cancelled events are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI).
- Passly Hai is not liable for consequential losses such as travel or accommodation costs.
3. Event Postponements & Rescheduling
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
- Rescheduling notifications will be sent via email to the address used at booking.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform convenience fees or service charges are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- Tickets purchased under special promotional pricing or flash sales may have separate terms.
- Tickets that have already been used for entry (QR code scanned) are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request at our contact page or email support@Passly Hai.in.
- Include your Booking ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once processed.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of events cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be processed as per the Organiser's policy and applicable laws. Passly Hai will facilitate communication between Organisers and Attendees in such cases.
